Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

Jake’s Unlimited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our 100,000 sq. ft. indoor entertainment facility.

This role is responsible for maintaining an exceptionally maintained, guest-ready, and fully operational facility at all times. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general repairs)
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve maintenance and safety issues
• Execute and support preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting, HVAC support systems, restrooms, and kitchen equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, tools, and equipment
• Complete maintenance logs, inspections, and work orders accurately and on time
• Support Lead Mechanic and Game Technicians with projects and repairs
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and operational support as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete tasks independently
• Comfortable using tablets/computers for logs and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred:

• HVAC experience or certification
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or large facilities
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)
