What It Looks Like

Welcoming every guest with a genuine smile and helpful attitude
Handling transactions with accuracy and confidence—cash, card, tips, and all
Suggesting experiences that add value—upgrades, add-ons, or specials
Managing front entrance flow, ensuring safety and a steady pace
Checking in events and parties, helping celebrations start off right
Knowing the details—ride requirements, dress code, policies, and specials
Backing up your team, staying upbeat, and stepping in wherever needed

Guest-obsessed and hospitality-driven—friendly, professional, and focused
Trustworthy and team-oriented, with strong attention to detail
High energy and high urgency, especially during peak times
Reliable, coachable, and determined to go above and beyond
Weekend and holiday availability is a must—that’s when the fun begins
